"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." Carl Gustav Jung
My work revolves around creating a healthy relationship with yourself and those who are important to you. Often that means addressing your experience of yourself; the version you experience now, from the past and who you want to be in the future. This also means working to create and repair relationships with those closest to you. I work with individuals struggling with a variety of emotional issues (anxiety, depression, grief/loss, self-esteem, etc.) as well as couples ranging from the desire to improve connection/intimacy to healing the trauma of infidelity and loss. The constant shifting of our human experiences can cause us to live incongruently with our beliefs, values, hopes and dreams. I hope to help my clients get back to feeling in line with what they want for themselves, to heal from their experience of pain, loss and challenges and to live more presently, fully and healthfully.
I was originally licensed in California and graduated from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, CA in 2007. In 2012 I relocated to PA, and became licensed here, as well. I have been providing therapy for 17 years, and I love my work. I have acquired additional training in sex and couples therapy and am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional working toward AASECT certification. If you have questions about my training and experience, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to supporting you in your journey!
