COVID-19 Support

During the years we have spent experiencing and healing from the effects of the COVID19 Pandemic, the challenges we have faced individually, within our families, culturally, economically and otherwise have been tremendously challenging. Now that the worst of the experience of physical illness has passed, many people are still recovering and healing from the last few years. Talking to a professional may help. If you are feeling any of the following related to your experience of COVID, therapy may be helpful to process your experience and gain some tools to help you heal more fully.

  • Fear and worry about your own health and the health of your loved ones
  • Changes in sleep patterns/difficulty sleeping
  • Difficulty focusing or concentrating
  • Negative impact on chronic health conditions
  • Worsening of mental health conditions
  • Increased use of substances or alcohol
  • Isolation and Loneliness
  • Eating issues
  • Boredom
  • Negative Self-worth
  • Difficulty adjusting to job changes or loss
  • Loss of connection in relationships
  • Increased marital conflict
  • Increased parenting stress

If you are experiencing any of these, you are not alone! Please reach out. I’m happy to talk about how therapeutic support can be helpful during this time.
